1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the return package. Ship the return to:

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and inspect the item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
